A rejection from a Dutch municipality, healthcare provider or insurer often arrives with formal wording, a deadline and several instructions at once. You then have to decide quickly what matters, which route applies and how to explain your position. That can be even harder when you understand English more easily than Dutch.
Zorgfuik has therefore created a free supporting tool that guides you through a draft letter step by step. You choose the type of letter, enter the relevant details, select the reasons that fit and review the complete result yourself. The letter can then be downloaded as a PDF, copied or printed.
One letter in Dutch and English
The generator creates one document with a formal Dutch section first and an English version second. It clearly states that the document was generated to help reduce a language barrier and that the sender mainly communicates in English.
Your own English explanation is never translated automatically. You can add a Dutch translation yourself if you have one. If you do not, the Dutch section uses neutral wording and refers to the fuller explanation in the English section.
No account and no storage by Zorgfuik
What you enter remains in your browser and is not sent to Zorgfuik. Refresh or close the page and the information disappears. The PDF software is also loaded from the Zorgfuik website itself, so the tool does not send your personal explanation to an external translation or AI service.
Several different routes
The generator supports a Wmo objection, an objection concerning social assistance, a pro-forma objection, a request for medical records, correction or supplementation of those records, a complaint or reconsideration request to a healthcare insurer and a notice of default when a Dutch authority has not decided in time.
Those routes are not legally identical. The tool therefore uses route-specific wording and makes clear that any calculated deadline is only an indication. The decision, the way it was issued, the objection clause and the stated submission route remain decisive.
